THE ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES OF GOING ON AN ORGANISED TOUR WHEN TRAVELLING

When you (usually) go on holiday or you travel abroad, you ask for help in a travel agency, which is a company that organizes you a trip. They look for a hotel, for restaurants, guided tours... they look all for you! You don't have to worry about anything you just (only) have to pay! This kind of travelling is very useful and it has a lot of advantages like: if you have any problems while you are travelling they will solve them or if you get ill or have an accident, they have a travel insurance that will compensate you.
But if you are a very adventurous person, travelling in this way has a lot of disadvantages, you won't suffer any risks, it won't be an exciting experience, you won't be in danger.
For To my taste I would like to travel by myself and get lost and live adventuroues.

"Madiva"

The date to remember is Decembreer 5th, 2013, the place to look for "South Africa" and the event, the death of Madiva", known all over the world as Nelson Mandela, the first "black" President of South Africa, and the man who ended with the Aparthoeid.
This man, Madiva (as it he is known in his country) was born black in a country where the black populatiuon was of 89 per cent and the whites just the 11%, and where black people had no rights to education, to health, to choose the place to live and to vote. They couldn't even take part in international sports events.
Madiva was able to go to University and became a lawyer, no matter the difficulties he had. But he only wanted to finish with the differences between black and white people. One day, he witnessed how 72 black people were killed unreasonably and he picked up a gun. For this, he was sentenced and he became the prissoner number 46.,664 in Robben Island for 27 years.
Thanks to the "savoir fair" of President Declerk, he was freed and in 1994 he became the first President of South Africa.
To conclude, this incredible human being, has left this world, but his spirit will be on Earth for ever.

My football idol.

Sergio Lionel Agüero Del Castillo, known as Sergio "Kun" Agüero, is my idol since I was ten years old. I´ve always dreamt with play my first football match with fifteen years-old, like he did. He arrived in Madrid to play for Atlético de Madrid with sixteen years old and he played his first mmatch in the spanish league, so he became the youngest player in Spain. I´m very fan of the Alético de Madrid, so he started to win my heart. He looks like me fisically, because we have the same weight and height, we have dark hair and we have strong legs too.

Son Goku

Son Goku, better known as simply Goku, is a fictional caracter and the protagonist of the Dragon Ball manga series written by Akira Toriyama. He is based on Sun Wukong, a main character in the classical Chinese novel Journey to the west.
The name "Goku" means "awakened to emptiness"; the Go syllable means Enlightenment, and the Kusyllable means Sky or Emptiness.
He is the adoptive grandson of Grandpa Gohan, the husband of Chi-Chi, the father of Gohan and Goten, the grandfather of Pan, and later the great-great-grandfather of Goku Jr.

PERSONALITY
Goku is known for his cheerful, energetic personality and his love of competition, specifically sport fighting, and eating. He has remarkable intuition at seeing the good in others in spite of their actions, though his capacity for forgiving his enemies has occasionally been criticized as excessive; Goku, for the most part, only fights to win, and spares his enemies after defeating them only for them to attack him when his back is turned. His staggering power is simultaneously reined in and enhanced by his fierce loyalty and morality. Goku can also be very blunt, and not afraid to express his opinion in a discussion, such as when he questioned Krillin's marriage to Android 18.

ABILITIES
Goku's signature move is the Kamehameha, a technique learned from Kame-Sen'nin.The Kamehameha is created when you concentrate all of your body's latent energy and focusing it at one point (it was usually concentrated at the palms of both of your hands). Kame-Sen'nin spent about 50 years to create the technique, but Goku performed a miniature version of the technique in his first try, which was enough to damage a car.

Nelson Mandela

Nelson Rolihlahla Mandela was born in Transkei, South Africa on July 18, 1918. His father was Hendry Mphakanyiswa of the Tembu Tribe. Mandela was educated at University College of Fort Hare and the University of Witwatersrand where he studied law. He joined the African National Congress in 1944 and was engaged in resistance against the ruling National Party's apartheid policies after 1948. He went on trial for treason in 1956-1961 and was acquitted in 1961.

After the banning of the ANC in 1960, Nelson Mandela argued for the setting up of a military wing with the ANC. In June 1961, the ANC executive considered his proposal on the use of violent tactics and agreed that those members who wanted to involve themselves in Mandela's campaign would not be stopped from doing so by the ANC. This carried to the formation of Umkhonto we Sizwe. Mandela was arrested in 1962 and sentenced to five years' imprisonment with hard labour. From 1964 to 1982, he was incarcerated at Robben Island Prison, off Cape Town.
During his years in prison, Nelson Mandela's reputation grew steadily. He was widely accepted as the most significant black leader in South Africa and became a potent symbol of resistance as the anti-apartheid movement gathered strength. He consistently refused to compromise his political position to obtain his freedom.

Nelson Mandela was released on February 11, 1990. After his release, he sinked himself wholeheartedly into his life's work, striving to attain the goals he and others had set out almost four decades earlier. In 1991, at the first national conference of the ANC held inside South Africa after the organization had been banned in 1960, Mandela was elected President of the ANC.
He died on December 5, 2013 at 95 years old.

Say no to the gender violence.

You, why you beat the woman? I´m sure that´s because you are afraid of the women´s power, because they are who bring us to life. Are you a strong man? NO, of course. You are not such an animal, or a beast. We life in a society where we teach women to denounce the genre violence, instead of teach men to not commit it. LET´S RISE UP AGAINST THE GENRE VIOLENCE.

Against women violence

AGAINST WOMEN VIOLENCE

You aren't and object and so, you can't be own by anybody.
You are a person and a person has rights, a person can decide by herself and can also decide not to be with a man who maltreat her. A man who maltreat you doesn't love you; despite he say that he do it because he loves you or he apologises many times, because he hurts you.
You are a free human not a slave, REVEAL!, DENOUNCE! WE ARE WITH YOU.

Against women violence

Every day a lot of women are insulted and maltreated by men. The genre violence is increasing and especially in teenagers.Without women we don´t live. For this we can´t remain still! We must shout, protest and report all this type of cases, because everybody are human.

NO TO VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN

The woman is the one who gives life, if you hurt, you hurt the world. Mistreating, you don´t get more manhood, but yes more cowardice. Intelligence creates, violence destroys.Be intelligent and you say: NO TO VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN!

SAY NO TO VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN.

No woman can let a man take down her self-esteem. Each woman has an incalculable value.   Don´t let any man treat you like something you are not, like something of his property. Don´t keep silent and say no to violence against women.

Elimination of Violence Aganist Women Day.

Everyday there are women being killed, maltreated, beated, sold... The years pass and the situation doesn't change. It's time to act, to show all the women that they are not alone, and every change starts in the education.
Don't keep silent, the world supports you.

Slogan against women violence (11/25)

If you batter her, you batter me to me. Against women violence, it has gone out.

Against women violence

Women are humans, so treated them as humans.
Women are intelligent, strong, beautiful...They are unique, no despise them.
Women aren´t a sex object, respect them.
So, stop hurting them, say no to machism.

Against women violence

The women are strong, smart, are unique....without they, wouldn´t exist the human life, the womens need respect and no one has the law of mistreat and not scream them . You should say not to the violence of genre, because the women are the start of life.

AGAINST WOMEN VIOLENCE

    "STOP BEATEN ME"

For some men, a woman is a part of their possessions, well, I better say, a slave, because if you have a watch or a mobile phone you don't hit it, do you?
In my opinion, if a man is "weak" enough to beat a woman he should be taken to jail immediately, with no option of freedom, and that's all.

AGAINST WOMEN VIOLENCE!

Women are humans, and they must be treated as humans. They are beautiful, powerful, intelligent... They aren't something you can use like objects, they are people!
A world without women wouldn't be a world! Without them there wouldn't exist life! They are the mothers of human life! We need them!

Against genre violence

The womens are likie the oxigen, there are necesary for the existence of the human race, without them the world won't be as good as it is now, whithout women there won't be color in our life. So don't hurt them, say no to machism

I fell in a hole

Many years ago, I went to the mountain with my parents. That mountain was in the North of Portugal.
We were exploring the forest vegetation, everyone on its their own, and, suddenly, I fell in a deep hole which was in the ground. I started to shout, but my parents couldn't hear me.  Later, my parents realised that I had disappeared and they started looking for me.
They told me that they couldn't find me, and that they were so nervous that they called the firefighters. Fortunately, the firefighters discovered the hole in which I had fell fallen, and they rescued me.
The story ended happily, because I could return home with my family. Now, when we go on a hike, I never separate from them.

Comic of the week.

Exciting experience in Madrid.

I didn't have haven't had many exciting experiences in my life but the last summer, I went to a concert of my favourite groupe group, Bon Jovi, in Madrid. I was very... Excited, sure, but at the time, I was angry because we (my cousin and I) arrived 30 minutes later. Then, for more spectation (expectation)?? , we (didn't) couldn't  find the door! We had many problems to find our chairs too between fifty thousend thousand people, but nothing could  (mess up) spoil the moment. Finally, we enjoyed so much the night = the night so much. Bon Jovi played a lot of famous songs like Always or Living on a prayer, and the crowd got went crazy with the great show. That was one of the happiest moments in my short life.

A FRIGHTENING AND DANGEROUS SITUATION!!!

Two days ago I was walking down the street, suddenly I found a wallet on the ground, I took it and I opened it. For To my surprise the wallet was empty. I only found a piece of paper (that put)/ with an address. With all my good intentions, I went to that place to know who's whose that wallet was. When I arrived there, I realised that I found the atmosphere rare strange/weird and a bit frightening. Next I started listening hearing shouts and suddenly I heard a shot noise. This was the moment when I realised that I was in danger and I decided to call the police and told tell them what was happening. They arrived there quickly. At In the end, the police arrested a band of criminals that were living in that place. Nobody knew to whom belonged the wallet -> the wallet belonged, it was a mystery and still is.

Carcassone - Describing a picture in English

The photo shows a street of Carcassonne (France), it was taken by me when we went to Toulouse.
In the foreground there is a couple who was shopping and near them, there is a bench of stone.
In the centre there is an old (house of stone) stone house, with two windows and a glass door. There are two streetlamps too. On the left there is other another old house that is joined with an by a hall with to the other house. Near the house of in the middle there are two streets that where people go shopping and (they go) sightseeing.
On the right there is a (wall of stone) stone wall and a lot of trees.
I think that it's a beautiful picture because it shows a magic town. History and nature make a perfect combination. It seems as if I was in the Middle Ages.

Image description

Vatican City

This photo was taken for by me the past last year in Rome. I took it on from the high top of San Saint Peter´s dome. This views aren´t the most famous of Vatican city but they are the most relaxing for me.

In On the top right hand corner there is an empty street and in the background there are a lot of buildings. In the foreground there are many trees and there is a little house and in front of the house we can see a garden with a statue in the middle (of it) and two palm trees. In On the top left hand corner there is a big building that it (extends) spreads until to the middle of this photo.

We can suppose that the photo was taken in on a sunny day because we can see shadows.

Carcassonne

This photo shows five girls standing up and smiling in front of the camera.
It was taken in Carcassonne, France. It's a coloured photo.
In the foreground you can see that the floor is made of cement concrete. In the background you can see the sky. It's a cloudy day.
In the center you can see the five girls standing up. Behind the girls you can see two umbrellas too.
In On/to the left side, in the middle, you can see some chairs and some bushes and plants. In On the top left hand corner you can see the famous castle of Carcassonne. In On/To the right side you can see a café. It's a café because it has a lot of chairs and tables.
The girls are posing for the photo. It seems that they are very happy.
The atmosphere in the picture is peaceful and I like it because it brings me (good) memories.

Describing London

LONDON

This photo was taken in London, the capital of the Great Britain, at night, because of the darkness and the artificial illumination/ lightning.

Despite Although the monuments and the buildings of the city stand out because of the lights, the main point of attention is the Thames River River Thames

In On the left side of the river and in the foreground of the picture we can see the Westminster Palace. Next to it, it is the Big Bang Ben, the most famous clock in the world.

In On/to the right side of the river we can observe/ watch/see the London Eye, and near it, a skyscraper, which is the Shell Centre.

Connecting both sides of the Thames we have three famous bridges. In the foreground, it is the Westminster Bridge; in the centre, it is the Golden Jubilee Bridge; and in the background, it is the Waterloo Bridge.

Summarizing, in this photo we can see a big, beautiful (and) illuminated/ lit city crossed by an important river.

San Francisco.

In this picture we can see a part of San Francisco. In the background of the picture we can see a an island that several years ago, the island was a prision prison where the criminals couldn´t run away because the water was frozen and now,  the island is a museum. In front of the island is a the port of San Francisco, full of ships. In On the right we can see a cable-car where people get up on to go to work or see the city. The cable-car is similar to a train and a car. It is a summer day because people wear summer clothes.
Is a nice pace to go on holidays.

Hollywood

In this picture we can see the famous walk of Fame, in Hollywood. The walk of fame is a sidewalk along Hollywood Boulevard and Vine Street. On their its floor there are 2000 stars with names of famous actors, musicians, producers... It is a very popular tourist destination with 10 million visitors at year.
In On the right-hand side of the photo we can see a big road without cars. In the middle we can see people walking on the road. Stand two men with suit Two men in suits are standing. In On the left, the first thing we can see is a little souvenir shop with necklaces, bracelets, broachs brooches ...
In the background we can see more buildings next to the street.
It was a sunny day, without clouds in the sky. A perfect day to visit this fabulous place.
I choose have chosen this photo  because I'm sure there are a lot of famous people there and i I want to meet all of them when I'll  I go to Hollywood.

Description

In this picture you can see the "Avenida 9 de mayo" in Buenos Aires (Argentina). It is the widest avenue in the world. This avenue runs roughly 1 kilometre to the west of the "Rio de la Plata". By this avenue many cars to go along a day: Many cars run along this avenue every day.
In the middle of the avenue there is an obelisk located in the Plaza de la República. The obelisk measures 67.5 meters.
Along of the avenue there are tall buildings of which many many of which are shops.
It'is nice to look at night because all the lights are lit.

Piazza Navona.

This is a picture of the "Piazza Navona", in Rome. It was taken in on a sunny day. In the down bottom left hand corner, we see some tourists. In the foreground we can see a beautiful fountain, but it is eclipsed by the "Fountain of the Four Rivers", what which is in the background. That´s a famous art piece of Bernini. Next to the fountain, we see a church made by Borromini. There´s a story who which/that says that the angels of the fountain have his their hand raised because of they think that the church who which is near the fountain will overthrow. This symbolises the rivality between this these two great artists. I chost chose this picture because that´s  there's a description of it in one of my favourites books. For me, that´s one of the most beautiful squares in Roma Rome.

(Fountain of the Four Rivers)

Description of a picture.

This photo was taken this August by me in a beautiful town called Calpe. I took it from a path over the beach, so the views where were great.
The high rock in the background is El Peñón de Ifach, the symbol of this place. In its base, there´s a big port, full of boats -we can see some of this these boats sailing.
The beach covers the left and foreground of the picture, and it’s composed from made of stone instead of sand. There are not many people because the weather isn’t good –it’s a cloudy day-, but it might be hot because people are wearing suitsuits swimsuits.
The middle of the picture is all covered by a calm and a bit dark sea.
For me, this is a relaxing place, and I think this these people liked it, because they decided to spend their holidays there.

LONDON EYE

This is a picture that my mother took in London one month ago, and this is the London Eye. In this picture, you can see one of the famous places in London.
The London Eye is a giant Ferris wheel on the South Bank of the River Thames in London, England. The entire structure is 135 metres tall and the wheel has a diameter of 120 metres. It is the tallest Ferris wheel in Europe.
As you can see in the picture, in front of the London Eye, it is the River Thames in which we see a boat with people inside who is are doing a route across along the river.
In the foreground, we also have a lamppost near the river and behind the London Eye there are many buildings and also some trees.
The picture was taken on a sunny day, although in London there's almost always bad weather.

NEW YORK CITY

NEW YORK

New York is noisy, fast. This city is exhausting and it's always changeable.
Fist of all, in the foreground, you can see The Statue of the Liberty, perhaps New York City's most familiar historic landmark and one of the most important monuments in the United States. It was a French present to American people. The Statue itself is not very big. It has the shape of goddess with its crown and a lantern (which is the light of a light house). It is placed on a platform which is almost as big as the statue itself. You can go up to the crown through inside steps and check that is best viewed from above.
In the background to the left, we have the New York City's skyline, that which is really awe-inspiring. The iconic skyscrapers create a panorama that is instantly recognizable all around the world. You can feel the immensity of your surroundings from anywhere in this city.
Finally, at the back on the right, we have another symbol of New York City, the Brooklyn bridge, that which was the first land passage between Manhattan and Brooklyn across the East river.
I'd like to go there - the sooner the better.
